    A: A standard Cool Cabana is open on all sides — that's exactly why we make the ShadeX side wall. It's a clip-on side panel that closes off one or more sides of your cabana to add shade and privacy. You can add up to four.
  • Q: Do you make a Cool Cabana side wall or side panel?
    A: Yes. The ShadeX side wall (also called a side panel) is designed to fit Cool Cabana beach cabanas and clips on in seconds — no tools. See the side wall here.
  • Q: Is the side wall compatible with CoolCabanas?
    A: Yes — it's designed specifically for Cool Cabana and other popular beach canopies and cabanas. If you have questions about your specific beach canopy or cabana, contact us here and we will get back to you ASAP.
  • Q: Does the side wall provide UV protection?
    A: Yes, the side wall is rated UV50+.
  • Q: What materials are the cabana side walls made of?
    A: The side wall is made with 100% polyester.
  • Q: Are these side walls compatible with all cabana models?
    A: The ShadeX cabana side wall is compatible with the Cool Cabana and most 2 m or 2.4 m beach cabanas. If you have a question about your specific cabana, contact us here.

    A: Our side wall is water resistant — not waterproof.

    A: The ShadeX side wall, 3 heavy-duty clips to secure it to the inside of your beach shade cabana, and a carrying case. Built-in sand pockets anchor the bottom of the wall to the sand.

    A: You can easily install it by yourself within a few minutes.
  • Q: Can the side walls be used on all sides of the cabana?
    A: Yes — the side walls can be installed on any side of the cabana you choose.
  • Q: How do I clean the cabana side walls?
    A: We recommend hand wash only — simply rinse off with a garden hose.
  • Q: Can I leave the side walls attached during windy conditions?
    A: We do not recommend using the side wall in high-wind conditions.
  • Q: How do I store the side walls when not in use?
    A: We recommend folding up the side wall and storing it in the supplied case.
  • Q: Can the side walls provide privacy?
    A: Yes — the more walls you add, the more privacy you get. You can add up to four (4) walls to your cabana.

III. Ordering & Shipping

  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must have all original tags attached, be unused, in the original packaging, and re-saleable to receive a refund.
  • Q: Do you offer a warranty on the cabana side walls?
    A: Only on manufacturer defects, which must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.
